Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Motivated with interest in the consumer finance industry.
• Capable of sustaining or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to leverage and learn new sales platforms and technologies.
• Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Support branch growth by meeting performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required credit, income data.
• Present loan solutions clearly, confidently, and compliantly.
• Educate customers on loan terms and payments.
• Help customers resolve account concerns and stay on track.
• Maintain cash drawer and assist daily operations.
• Learn applicable laws to ensure compliant actions.
• May perform additional functions as needed.
