Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a candidate for a customer-facing sales role in a busy branch environment. You will make outbound calls, identify customer needs, present lending options, and manage account relationships to drive branch performance.

This full-time position rewards performance with a base salary plus incentives and a robust benefits package. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the drive to succeed in consumer finance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a sales position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of sustaining or exceeding individual sales goals.
• Ability to leverage new sales platforms and technologies.
• Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding individual and branch goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Present loan options clearly and compliantly.
• Process loan applications and gather required credit and income information.
• Educate customers on loan terms and payment expectations.
