Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn lending platforms. Base pay is hourly with incentives. On-site work and a structured schedule are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Present lending options clearly and confidently to customers.
• Process loan applications and gather required credit, income, and financial information.
• Educate customers on loan terms, payments, and services.
• Help customers resolve account concerns and stay on track.
