Job summary

Abnormal AI, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager (Outbound) to build the field motion from the ground up for every new product launched. There is no universal playbook, no inherited demo flow, and no proven messaging to hand off.

You’ll partner closely with Product Management and Product Marketing to validate approaches with customers, run structured trials in deals, and hand off a repeatable motion the field can execute at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or Solutions/Sales Engineering in enterprise security.
• Ability to independently synthesize unfamiliar products and build field motion.
• Experience in pre-launch or early-stage product environments.
• Credible communicator with technical buyers and security teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and ownership to move from signal to recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Architect the field motion for an assigned product launch and validate with customer discovery.
• Test and refine messaging hypotheses in live deals and diagnose competitive loss reasons.
• Brief PM with pattern analysis across accounts to distinguish product gaps from sales motion issues.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to stress-test messaging in live deals.
• Own the handoff at GA and enable the field to run the motion independently.
