Job summary

Abnormal AI in the United States is seeking a Product Manager (Outbound) to architect the field motion for new product launches. You will lead early testing, validate messaging, and coordinate with Product Management and Product Marketing to bring the motion to customers at scale.

You'll operate in a fast-growing, high-stakes environment, owning the how of demos, POVs, and field enablement from idea to GA, then repeat for the next product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or Solutions/Sales Engineering in enterprise security.
• Ability to independently synthesize unfamiliar products quickly and define field motion.
• Experience in pre-launch or early-stage environments with a ground-up program.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical buyers.
• High ownership and problem-solving with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Architect the field motion for an assigned product launch: design how the product gets demoed, how a POV gets structured, and what the field needs to run it at scale.
• Test and refine messaging hypotheses in live deals alongside Sales Engineers, and diagnose competitive loss reasons.
• Brief PM with pattern analysis across accounts, distinguishing a product gap from a positioning or sales-motion problem.
• Partner with Product Marketing as a standing collaborator, stress-testing messaging in live deals and reporting what's landing versus what needs to change.
• Own the handoff at General Availability: document what worked, what broke, and what the field needs to run the motion independently — then move to the next product and do it again.
