Job summary

Abnormal AI is hiring a Product Manager (Outbound) to craft the field motion for new product launches from the ground up. You’ll define how demos, POVs, and messaging resonate with enterprise buyers, and validate approaches in close partnership with the field.

You’ll own the cross‑functional process with Product Management and Product Marketing, moving from upfront validation to a repeatable motion at scale as launches progress. This role centers on strategic GTM execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or Solutions/Sales Engineering in enterprise security.
• Ability to synthesize unfamiliar products quickly and shape field motion.
• Experience with pre-launch or early-stage products and building new motions from scratch.
• Credibility and proactive problem-solving in high-stakes settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Architect the field motion for product launches and validate with customer discovery.
• Test messaging in live deals with Sales Engineers and analyze reasons for competitive loss.
• Provide pattern analysis to PM and GTM teams.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to stress-test messaging in live deals.
• Own GA handoff, document what worked and what didn’t for future launches.
