Abnormal AI is seeking a Product Manager (Outbound) to own the field motion for Identity Threat Protection and Identity. You will validate patterns across accounts and translate insights into actions for Product and GTM teams.

You bring 4+ years in identity-focused PM or solutions engineering, with strong communication skills and a track record in early-stage product environments. This role emphasizes ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management or Solutions/Sales Engineering with identity security.
• Experience in a pre-launch or early-stage product environment with a built-from-scratch program.
• Strong written and verbal communication; credible with technical buyers and security teams.
• High ownership; translate field observations into actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills to reason through ambiguity and justify decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the field motion for Identity Threat Protection: demos, deep dives, and POVs with customers.
• Test messaging hypotheses in live deals with Sales Engineers and diagnose reasons for losses.
• Collaborate with PM and PMM to build a repeatable field playbook grounded in pattern analysis.
• Lead standing ownership of the identity product area within OPM throughout its lifecycle.
• Run adoption diagnostics on identity features and support technical evaluations in renewals.
• Partner with Product Marketing on identity messaging and competitive positioning as trends evolve.
