Job summary

Abnormal AI is seeking a Product Manager (Outbound) to own the field motion for Identity Threat Protection, driving demos, deep dives, and POVs with customers. The role sits at the intersection of Product and GTM, turning qualitative insights into actionable product and messaging improvements.

You'll collaborate with PM and PMM to build repeatable field playbooks, validate patterns across accounts, and influence both pre-launch and ongoing product strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management or Solutions/Sales Engineering with identity security focus.
• Experience pre-launch or early-stage product with a playbook built from scratch.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical buyers and security teams.
• High ownership: translate field observations into documented recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills for ambiguous problems and solid recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the field motion for Identity Threat Protection: demos, deep dives, and POVs with prospective and existing customers.
• Test and refine messaging hypotheses in live deals with Sales Engineers and diagnose competitive losses.
• Collaborate with PM and PMM to build out a repeatable field playbook grounded in pattern analysis across accounts.
• Lead standing ownership of the identity product area within OPM across the product lifecycle.
• Run adoption diagnostics on identity features and support technical evaluations in renewals and competitive scenarios.
• Partner with Product Marketing on standing identity messaging and competitive positioning as the landscape shifts.
