Job summary

AirOps Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how we bring the AirOps platform and solutions to market.

You’ll lead positioning, messaging, product launches, enablement, and ongoing product communications, making it easy for customers, prospects, and customer-facing teams to understand what AirOps offers. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Data & Research, and the broader Marketing team to define the story behind new offerings, build the launch

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B software.
• Proven experience marketing to enterprise buyers within a sales-led motion.
• Strong writing and storytelling to translate complex tech into customer value.
• Experience leading cross-functional launches from strategy to execution.
• Ability to define positioning, messaging, and differentiated narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
• Design go-to-market strategy and execution for new solutions and feature launches.
• Enable Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing to communicate value.
• Own product enablement for Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Services, and Partnerships.
• Lead beta programs with Product and technical teams.
• Craft a portfolio narrative showing how offerings fit the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Thought Leadership to tie launches to market trends and customer priorities.
• Own product and solutions pages on the AirOps website.
