Job summary

Abnormal AI seeks a Product Manager (Outbound) to own the field motion for Identity Threat Protection and guide outbound messaging in IAM-focused engagements. You will validate patterns across multiple accounts, work with PM and PMM, and translate customer input into tangible product and GTM actions.

Mid-to-senior PM with startup experience and strong communication will drive crafting demos, POVs, and competitive positioning as Identity evolves in pre-launch and post-launch phases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management or Solutions/Sales Engineering with IAM focus.
• Deep knowledge of identity security concepts (IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for exec and customer facing work.
• Startup experience and ability to own end-to-end field motions.
• Familiarity with identity platforms (Okta, Entra, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Ping).

Responsibilities

• Own the Identity Threat Protection field motion across accounts.
• Run structured cross-functional POV reviews and live deals with sales teams.
• Validate patterns across multiple accounts, not single anecdotes.
• Translate customer feedback into product and GTM actions.
• Collaborate with PM/ PMM on identity messaging and positioning.
