Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education
• Forklift and pallet jack certification
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound operations; guide staff and monitor progress
• Train and develop team members for efficiency
• Schedule hours for peak periods
• Process and ship orders including cross/docks, UPS, Will Call
• Manage picking, sorting and truck loading
• Print and manage shipping documents and daily reconciliation
