Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution center or similar environment.
• Proven ability to supervise and improve outbound operations.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound operations, instruct employees and monitor progress to ensure safe, efficient shipping.
• Design and maintain organized yard operations, trailers, housekeeping and safety protocols.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements while maintaining safety and quality.
