Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience in a distribution center or similar.
• Ability to comply with safety requirements and work safely.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound operations and instruct staff on daily tasks.
• Design and maintain truck yard organization and loading procedures.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Schedule hours for peak periods and ensure safety.
• Investigate and resolve shipping errors with management.
• Lead timely processing of outbound orders and carrier shipments.
• Ensure compliance with security and safety rules.
