Conair LLC seeks an experienced Outbound Operations Manager in Glendale, AZ to lead end-to-end outbound fulfillment for one of our dual-building distribution campuses. You will oversee wave planning, order fulfillment, and trailer loading while promoting a unified, data-driven culture across facilities.

As a leader, you will drive safety, quality, and productivity using Lean Six Sigma, SAP, LMS, and wearable scanning technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading outbound fulfillment and pallet/picking operations.
• Strong background in Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC problem solving.
• Experience with SAP and labor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end outbound operations for one building of a dual-campus distribution center.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity through standard work and daily performance reviews.
• Balance campus-wide labor, coordinate with adjacent building, and optimize dock resources.
