Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an Outbound Manager (Manager, OEM Parts Wrangler) for our Glendale, AZ distribution center. You will lead the outbound team, oversee supervisors, and drive on-time shipping while coaching staff and improving processes.

You will coordinate with Customer Experience and senior leaders to reduce cycle times and enhance safety, teamwork, and quality. The role requires 3–5 years in operations supervision, data-driven decisions, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an operations supervisory/manager role (Distribution Center experience preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret data for forecasting and workflow decisions.
• Experience with Engineered Labor Standards and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound operations including picking, packing, and shipping to ensure same-day accuracy.
• Coach and develop distribution center supervisors; manage staffing and plan daily activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and senior leadership to improve processes and reduce cycle times.
