Master Electronics, based in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an experienced outbound warehouse manager to lead the second shift. You will direct picking, packing, staging, and shipping, balancing volumes, schedules, and staffing to meet carrier deadlines.

You’ll monitor queues, train teams, and ensure safety while owning end-of-shift outcomes. The role requires leadership on the floor, strong problem-solving, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a background in logistics or warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Lead outbound/warehouse teams to meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Hire, train, coach, and cross-train staff to handle changing volumes.
• Interpret data to improve on-time shipments and reduce errors.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Run the floor: Direct daily picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Stay ahead of the clock by monitoring queues, dock activity, and cutoffs.
• Build your people: Hire, train, coach, and cross-train associates for volume shifts.
• Shape the culture: Onboarding, recognition, and accountability are part of daily work.
• Fix what breaks: Resolve shipping errors and coordinate with Inventory, Receiving, CS, and Sales.
• Keep improving: Use productivity and accuracy data to raise standards and update procedures.
• Own safety and standards: Keep the facility clean, safe, and compliant.
