Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks an Operational Excellence Leader to drive continuous improvement across its distribution network in Northern Arizona, including two warehouses with live inventory and a satellite facility.

You will lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, partnering with Warehouse Operations, Delivery, Supply Chain, and IT to standardize processes and improve safety, inventory accuracy, and customer service. In-office 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday with flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of OPEX experience.
• 3+ years leading warehouse, logistics or supply chain projects.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and PMP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's Operational Excellence strategy.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements across warehouses and delivery.
• Standardize SOPs across warehouse and delivery operations.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and governance for process improvements.
• Promote safety, accountability, and employee engagement.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards for executive leadership.
