You will oversee front-end staff, drive improvements, and coordinate with customers, while building robust metrics to keep operations under control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to perform in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
• Experience developing, motivating, and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust processes to meet production schedules and shipping requirements.
• Suggest improvements to production methods, equipment, and product quality while ensuring standards.
• Provide support and training on company policies to employees.
• Monitor time and attendance of direct reports.
• Develop employees through reviews, training, hiring, evaluations and coaching.
• Prepare business reviews and manage action logs from reviews.
• Serve as key communication link between operations and customers.
• Create or use metrics to verify operations are under control.
• Follow safety, hygiene and 5S guidelines; perform additional tasks as needed.
