Job summary

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions seeks an Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and collaborate with Supervisors. Lead workflows, assign tasks to warehouse associates, track transactions, and drive efficiency in the inbound department.

You will oversee daily operations, monitor performance, and coordinate with multiple teams to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have fast paced distribution center experience.
• Proven leadership experience required.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Safety knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert in RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems.
• Coordinate with ops teams to meet daily performance targets.
• Monitor area activity and report risks to Supervisors.
• Prepare recovery plans for at-risk targets with Supervision.
• Communicate exceptions to the Account Team.
• Oversee daily work and report efficiency.
