Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound operations, instruct staff, monitor progress, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Design and maintain organization of inbound freight, receiving dock, stocking activities, and procedures.
• Ensure safety rules, regulate processes, and maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Monitor budget, enforce cost-saving initiatives, and drive process improvements.
• Lead warehouse teams, promote engagement, and empower problem-solving decisions.
• Investigate and resolve receiving errors with the team to prevent recurrence.
• Schedule team hours for peak periods and efficiency.
• Protect assets; ensure proper receipts and secure facilities.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational enhancement.
• Mentor team members and drive data-informed improvements.
• Oversee put-away of new freight and returns, and reconcile daily inbound loads.
