Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience in a distribution center or similar environment.
• Ability to comply with safety requirements and distribution center safety protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions with good judgment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must lift/move heavy items up to 60 lbs.
• Forklift and pallet jack certified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound operations and instruct employees on tasks; monitor progress and troubleshoot as needed.
• Design and maintain organized truck yard operations; ensure safety and housekeeping.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and procedures for loading and outbound processes.
• Monitor budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Lead warehouse associates; promote engagement and empower problem-solving.
• Investigate and resolve shipping errors with DC management to prevent recurrence.
• Schedule team hours for peak periods and efficiency.
• Protect assets; ensure proper receipts and secure facilities.
