Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in overseeing daily operations in the department to ensure productivity and quality.
• Provide consistent feedback to employees on performance weekly and monthly.
• Lead daily team meetings to update work expectations and task assignments.
• Communicate team goals clearly and resolve problems as they arise.
• Develop a cross-trained team that can flex into other departments as needed.
• Maintain open communication with outbound teams and management to adjust hours as necessary.
