Job summary

Webstaurantstore is seeking an Inbound Operations Manager to oversee receiving and inventory at our distribution center. This role leads front-line managers and hourly staff, driving operational procedures, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.

Partnering with the DC leadership team, you will advance the facility’s efficiency and adherence to receiving and inventory control standards. You will guide cross-team operations, schedule flexibly to cover shifts, train leaders, and report

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations across multiple teams and shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Lead regular meetings with front-line leadership to align on metrics, training, and accountability.
• Monitor and improve receiving and inventory control processes and performance metrics.
• Act as a spokesperson for the department and facility to meet goals and initiatives.
• Provide timely feedback and development plans for leadership team members.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain a positive culture.
