Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large receiving/warehouse team.
• Ability to train and coach up to 100 employees.
• Strong communication of policies, SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations within the receiving department.
• Train, coach, develop and hold accountable up to 100 employees.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly metrics; resolve operating issues.
• Provide clear and frequent communication on company policies and procedures.
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings to review metrics and initiatives.
• Analyze opportunities for productivity growth, cost reduction, damage mitigation, and efficiency.
