Accuray is seeking a Supervisor - Outbound Logistics to lead shipping and material handling operations, coach a team of staff, and drive on-time deliveries across our fulfillment network. You will implement process improvements, monitor KPIs, coordinate with planning and customer service, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in shipping, receiving or stockroom control using a computerized inventory system.
• 4-6 years logistics experience including creation of commercial invoices and shipping documents.
• 1-2 years inventory control, work order kitting and cycle counting knowledge.
• Experience with safety, health and quality systems (OSHA, FDA, and ISO).
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve issues with other departments.
• International shipment preparation and tracking knowledge; ERP experience, preferably SAP; valid Wisconsin driver’s license.

• Implement strategies to streamline shipping and material handling processes and reduce costs.

• Analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
