ADP, Inc. is seeking a Materials & Logistics Supervisor to lead a hands-on team responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely flow of materials from receipt through production and shipment.

You will supervise stockroom, inventory control, receiving, material distribution, and shipping operations, establish efficient processes, and drive corrective actions to keep deficiencies corrected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive experience in materials management, inventory control, warehouse operations, manufacturing logistics, or shipping and receiving, including leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, BOMs, shop orders, routings, and replenishment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; forklift operation may be required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee inventory control and stockroom management with standardized processes.
• Lead material flow to production and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Supervise receiving, shipping, and material movements; verify against POs and packing lists.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production Planning, and Manufacturing to ensure material availability.
• Direct daily shipping and international logistics, selecting transportation and ensuring proper documentation.
