Qualifications

• 4+ years’ inventory management experience.
• 4+ years forklift experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Ability to obtain DOT Federal Medical card and certified road testing.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate within a team.
• Experience working under minimal supervision.
• Strong math skills.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to process changes; multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain procedures to ensure accurate warehouse inventory.
• Lead and provide daily instruction to shipping-related personnel (Material Handler).
• Communicate with external logistics and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate shipping schedules and inventory shipments.
• Receive incoming material and ship outgoing material per ERP procedures including receiving and releasing product.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for warehouse bins and slit material.
• Issue and return material to jobs.
• Confirm and tag all incoming shipments.
• Set up shipping schedules including coordinating outbound freight.
• Transfer materials in ERP between sites and bin locations.
• Deliver and route materials to departments using hand trucks, forklifts, conveyors, or sorting bins.
• Pack, seal, label, and prepare materials for shipping; use tools and postage equipment.
• Prepare documents such as bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping orders.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
