Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Capable of sustaining or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business.
• Support branch growth by meeting goals.
• Build relationships through solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to identify lending options.
• Process loan applications and collect required information.
• Present loan solutions clearly and compliantly.
• Educate customers on loan terms and payments.
• Maintain accurate records and handle daily operations.
• Learn applicable consumer laws for compliant actions.
