Job summary

Pulse iD is seeking a senior, hands-on outbound prospecting lead to drive the Encore platform across GCC markets. This role focuses on e-commerce, digital platforms, and payment providers with high transaction volumes, combining strong research with AI-powered tools and automation.

You will build segmented prospect lists and run personalised campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone in English and Arabic, track performance, and collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and secure qualified

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in B2B lead generation, outbound sales development, or business development.
• Demonstrated success building outbound sales pipelines and using AI, CRM, and sales intelligence tools.
• Excellent English and Arabic, with strong research, analytical, and commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously expand a targeted pipeline of prospective commercial partners across GCC markets.
• Develop segmented prospect lists and execute personalised outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone in English and Arabic.
