Job summary

Wing Assistant is hiring a GTM Automation Engineer to architect, automate, and optimize our outbound growth systems in a hybrid, remote-first setup. You will build and maintain the machine behind our outbound engine, including Clay workflows, data pipelines, and multi-tool integrations.

You’ll run experiments, write concise outbound copy, troubleshoot deliverability, and scale sending volume across thousands of leads.

Qualifications

• Must have expert-level Clay experience with advanced formulas and automations.
• Strong experience with Apollo and Instantly for outbound campaigns.
• Ability to write clean, concise outbound copy in English.
• Experience setting up email domains, DNS, verification, and warming.
• Ability to write scripts with Python/JS and handle data cleansing.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire outbound automation machine and lead infrastructure.
• Build Clay workflows for scraping, enrichment, scoring, and personalization.
• Set up and manage multi-domain email deliverability and verification.
• Run high-velocity experiments and optimize copy, subject lines, and offers.
• Develop dashboards to track open → reply → meeting → revenue and maintain data quality.
