SupplyHouse.com is seeking an Outbound Supervisor to oversee the Columbus, OH Fulfillment Center team responsible for picking and packing, ensuring accurate, timely order fulfillment from start to finish.

Reporting to the Outbound Manager, you will drive performance, manage schedules (3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday), and partner with training to develop staff. 2+ years leadership in a fulfillment setting and WMS/RF experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and ensuring productivity and quality.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop associates to meet goals.
• Working knowledge of WMS, RF scanners, and SOPs.
• Strong safety awareness and command of inventory, supply chain concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Picking and Packing Teams to meet Fast Track deadlines with accuracy.
• Wave orders, assign tasks, and manage priority replenishments to stay on schedule.
• Lead the team to meet daily shipping deadlines with quality and precision.
• Assign packers to stations and reallocate resources as needs change.
• Maintain shipment supply inventory and back up Picking when needed.
• Serve as main contact for Customer Service on high-priority orders and issues.
• Partner with Training to ensure staff are trained on procedures and safety.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to drive KPI success.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one check-ins with associates to support development.
• Address personnel and performance concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accurate timecards for Picking and Packing staff.
• Attend weekly HR and Operations Leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with Outbound Manager on process improvements and projects.
