Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor - Outbound to lead the outbound team at our Georgia-based facility. You will ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll coach staff, schedule labor, and collaborate with receiving and inventory teams to optimize workflow while driving continuous improvement and maintaining a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performing outbound team.
• Commitment to safety and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the pick, pack, and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct training to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership and other departments to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment in the picking area.
• Monitor and report on productivity, error rates, and order accuracy; implement corrective actions as needed.
