Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, LLC is seeking a Director of Outbound Distribution to lead our Fulfillment Center operations. You will shape systems, automation, people, and processes to support rapid growth and drive safety, quality, and productivity.

You will oversee order processing (Picking, Packing, Assembly, Loading) and freight shipping, while developing daily operating plans and mentoring operations managers and supervisors in a fast-paced environment.

• 7+ years in high-volume Distribution Center environments
