Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor - Outbound to lead our outbound operations in a fast-paced, 150k square foot facility. You will ensure accurate picking, packing and shipping while upholding safety and productivity standards.

In this role you will supervise warehouse associates, coach performance, schedule labor, and collaborate with receiving and inventory teams to optimize workflow and resolve issues, fostering a positive, high‑energy culture.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pick, pack, and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct training to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership and other departments (receiving, inventory, etc.) to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment in the picking area.
• Monitor and report on productivity, error rates, and order accuracy; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Schedule labor and manage timekeeping for team members to ensure adequate staffing during shifts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or order issues related to picking.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture and support employee engagement.
