Job summary

Recom in Buford, GA seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our fulfillment center. You will lead frontline associates, manage inbound receiving, inventory control, outbound shipping, and returns processing, while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to optimize staffing, monitor KPIs, coach staff, and ensure procedures align with Amazon FBA requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping processes.
• Proven experience using WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze operational metrics and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of warehouse associates and team leads to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and customer service goals.
• Ensure daily work assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor workflow and adjust labor resources to meet priorities.
• Maintain accurate receiving, inventory management, product preparation, shipping, and returns processing.
• Promote safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
• Lead start‑up meetings and communicate priorities and performance expectations.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance and career growth.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager on evaluations and attendance management.
• Support new customer implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Inventory Control, Transportation, Maintenance, and other departments.
