Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a distribution center operator to perform material handling and support inbound/outbound/returns operations. You will process and move merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, sorting, stocking, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and using RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
