Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts distribution center is seeking an advanced operator to support inbound, outbound, returns, acquisitions, and related operations. You will process and move merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow safety standards to ensure efficient warehouse workflows.

Key responsibilities include handling shipments with RF/WMS systems, training teammates when needed, and maintaining organized, safe work areas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, WMS, and other warehouse technology.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging and discrepancy resolution.
