SynergenX Health is seeking an Inbound/Outbound Customer Care Representative in Houston to support patients across their healthcare journey. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, and provide a positive patient experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in a high-volume call center and experience with CRM/EHR systems, plus excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Paid training and growth opportunities are offered.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $19.50/hour | Paid Training

This is more than a call center position. You’ll be one of the first people our patients connect with, helping answer questions, schedule appointments, resolve concerns, and make each interaction feel helpful and positive.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Two weeks of paid, on-site training

What You’ll Do
