Job summary

Inceed is seeking an Inbound Call Coordinator in Houston, TX. You will be the first point of contact for inbound requests, coordinating service needs, updating records, and supporting drivers, dispatch, and internal teams in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience, CRM proficiency, and strong communication skills. A data-driven, detail-oriented approach will help keep operations moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or waste management is helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using computers, phones, email, and service software.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional with challenging situations.
• CRM experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally.
• Schedule service requests, pickups, swaps, and removals.
• Coordinate requests with dispatch, drivers, and operations teams.
• Update service orders, notes, and customer records accurately.
• Research and resolve missed pickups and service issues.
• Communicate service updates and expectations to customers.
• Follow up on open requests until completion.
• Escalate billing, safety, or operational concerns as needed.
• Document all interactions clearly and consistently.
• Support additional customer service and administrative tasks.

Compensation: $ 20-25/hour, depending on experience
