• Experience of high-volume outbound calling with resilience.

Responsibilities

• Execute 130–160 outbound calls daily using a power dialer to target producing Loan Officers.
• Manage a robust callback pipeline and book discovery meetings with leadership.
• Guide new LOs through first 90 days post-signing to accelerate funding.
