Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the mortgage team. You will call customers to determine if they want to purchase or refinance, collect necessary information, and decide whether to transfer the lead to a Mortgage Loan Officer.

Your targets include achieving 5–10 transfers per month with strong communication and persuasive skills to handle objections and move opportunities forward.

Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience on phones daily.
• Ability to make 100–150 outbound calls per day.
• Persuasive and clear communication.
• Banking or mortgage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to customers to assess purchase or refinance interest.
• Explain reasons if not interested and provide rebuttals.
• Transfer qualified leads to Mortgage Loan Officers.
• Aim for 5–10 transfers per month.
