Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to recruiting prospects.
• Build rapport and create genuine connections with loan officer candidates.
• Conduct qualification conversations to assess candidate fit and readiness.
• Schedule discovery appointments with Market Leaders.
• Prepare candidates with context and expectations before appointments.
• Track all activities in CRM with accuracy.
• Partner with Market Leaders for smooth handoffs.
• Follow playbooks to maintain consistent pipeline development.
