Preferred

• Prior call center, telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales experience.
• Mortgage, lending, or financial services experience. Mortgage experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience working in a performance-driven sales environment.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Regular and reliable in-office attendance is required.

Compensation

• $42,000/yr annual base, paid hourly.
• $75,000/yr OTE.
• Company 401(k) Match

The Broker Direct Specialist role is designed as a developmental sales position. After one year in the role, successful team members may be considered for career advancement based on performance, demonstrated readiness, and business needs.
