Job summary

Pacific Energy Concepts is seeking four Business Development Representatives to generate new sales opportunities for our Sales Engineers in Chicago (River North). You will combine marketing leads with targeted outbound prospecting and dial 50–100 calls daily to maximize conversions.

Base salary is $50,000 with an expected first-year OTE of $70,000–$90,000. This in-office role offers a clear path to earnings and career growth within PEC.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in an outbound environment, B2B preferred.
• A genuine love of learning; our solutions can be complex.
• The ability to explain complicated ideas in simple, compelling ways.
• A coachable mindset; our playbook works and helps you exceed targets.
• A passion for outbound prospecting and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities for our Sales Engineers through marketing-generated leads and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct highly targeted outbound dials to maximize conversion.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
