Pacific Energy Concepts (PEC) in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive large-scale energy-efficiency solutions with a consultative approach. You will build trusted relationships with facility stakeholders, uncover needs, and move opportunities from first contact to signed contracts.

The role offers uncapped earning potential with a base salary of $100,000 in year one and an OTE of $125,000–$175,000, plus strong growth prospects and nationwide travel.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or two-year college or equivalent; 2+ years related experience preferred.
• Proven track record in B2B sales with strong closing capability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Hunt new business and generate leads on an ongoing basis.
• Conduct onsite facility audits as needed.
• Partner with clients to build solutions that fit their needs and keep the sales process running smoothly.
• Answer questions about products, installation, pricing, and lead times; maintain clear communications.
• Explain incentive programs and offerings to customers when they apply.
• Prepare quotes, credit terms, and sales contracts for deals you close.
• Look for new leads through directories, referrals, and other sources.
• Track sales data to see which outreach works and adjust approach for better results.
• Prepare reports on transactions and manage customer accounts; enter data into HubSpot.
