Uare.ai is hiring for a hands-on outbound sales role in a growing business unit. You will run targeted sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone, qualify trials and inbound signals, and own initial post-close support for smaller accounts.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (SDR, BDR, or equivalent outbound role).
• A self-starter comfortable being the first person to build a process, not just follow one.
• Sharp written communication. Cold outbound lives or dies on the first line.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. This function is being built in real time.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) against defined ICP lists, using tools like Clay and Artisan rather than a generic playbook
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against criteria you help define as signal comes in
• Own first-line hand-holding for smaller accounts post-close, including a paid onboarding motion
• Log everything, keep the pipeline honest, hand off qualified opportunities cleanly
• Bring creative prospecting ideas. The best SDRs here find angles a playbook wouldn't
