Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of generator manufacturing, repair, and overhaul experience (or 9+ years with a high school diploma).
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to analyze problems, document, plan, market and execute programs.
• Established project management skills and ability to lead small projects.

Responsibilities

• Support of installed base including customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, and fleet configuration.
• Lead with some autonomy, guiding policy and strategy within a technical discipline.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate best practices and address complex manufacturing processes.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and drive small projects with low risk and resource needs.
