Responsibilities

• Support of installed base including customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics, fleet configuration.
• Maintenance of fleet data and outage management.
• Direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.
• Knows best practices and how own area integrates with others; aware of competition.
• Uses judgment to propose solutions outside set parameters for complex manufacturing processes.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects.
