Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks an Electrical Root Cause Analysis Lead Engineer to own the investigation and resolution process for critical power generation assets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and implement data-backed solutions to minimize downtime and maximize fleet availability. The role requires a proactive communicator with strong technical and operational project management skills, and the ability to travel to wind farms as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Experience leading RCA investigations and field troubleshooting.
• Experience with wind/power generation or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RCA projects from identification to final resolution.
• Lead technical and operational investigation of electrical issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Fleet Performance, NPI, Field Services, Sourcing and Quality.
• Define resources for RCA task forces and manage budgets and procurement workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives to reduce failure rates in critical components.
• Engage suppliers in commercial and technical discussions.
