Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an Otolaryngology residency.
• BC/BE in Otolaryngology, Illinois license or eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration and standing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical care across a broad scope.
• Utilize multi-site surgical suites with opportunities for expansion.
• Design your practice schedule with flexible blocks.
• Collaborate with primary care and pediatric referrals for high patient load.
• Maintain accurate EMRs for all encounters and follow-ups.
